MEET THE FOUNDER OF FNPI

Hi, I’m Robyn Johnson

Robyn is a Functional Dietitian Nutritionist and has built multiple businesses within the functional space including her 1-1 practice, The Clear Skin lab, FNPI and her mineral product line, Rayvi.

Her journey of addressing the root cause of her psoriasis & period problems changed her life and led her down this career path. It wasn’t her Nutrition & Dietetics degree that gave her the tools though. While her Bachelors, Masters and Dietetic internship provided valuable education, it wasn’t exactly the root cause lens she was after. To seek additional functional training, she applied and was accepted as one of the first students to complete the Integrative & Functional Dietetics mentorship program at Kansas University Medical Center. One of the first programs of its kind in the country at the time. From there, she went on to invest hundreds of thousands of dollars to continue her education in the root cause medicine space.

  • The ideal professional for this program has foundational nutrition education/training. This program is not a Nutrition 101 program. You will get the most out of this program if you are actively seeing clients or plan to ASAP.

    Prerequisites:

    1. You have an LLC /have actively started your business

    2. You are a healthcare practitioner (see additional qualifications below)

    Healthcare Practitioner Qualifications:

    1. Dietitians & Nutrition professionals (ie. CNS, NTP) - automatically qualify

    2. Non-Nutrition Practitioners (chiropractors, Physicians Assistant, Nurses, Nurse Practitioners, acupuncturist, Physical Therapists): we recommend prior Nutrition 101 education or deep self study.

    3. Health coaches- we require either a BS in nutrition or dietetics or you completed another program like FDN & you have experience working 1-1 with clients.

    If you haven’t started your business yet, we recommend coming back when you’re actively beginning the process. You’ll receive the best ROI if ready to take action with sales within 3 weeks of joining.

  • Yes. We’ve had the following graduate from FNPI: dietitians, Nurse practitioners, Nurses, Physicians Assistants, Nutritionists, FDN graduates, CNS’s & Health coaches.

  • Short answer is yes. If you qualify for FNPI, you can order labs. Lab ordering ability varies by specific lab companies, licensure & country/state laws so the route may vary based on those details.

    Depending on your training & location, you may be able to start ordering labs already & directly with the companies.

    Others can utilize the partnership we have with a 3rd party company (with a cosigner). We’ll show you how to do this inside FNPI.

  • We cover interpretation & application of DUTCH test, GI MAP, HTMA and many, many blood chemistry labs. Additionally, you’ll know how to identify the need for labs and how to use symptoms and history to guide you first. Additional lab trainings included on iodine testing, mold, MRT and others in the optional ongoing membership after completion of the 16 weeks.

  • We have an optional month-to-membership to continue mentorship, gain access to new business and clinical lessons, attend monthly office hours and receive support on your clinical cases, as needed.

  • Orientation is a fixed date/time determined once doors close; the rest of the live call days/times are voted on once inside the program.

    Live group calls are typically held on Tuesdays or Thursdays sometime between 10am-5:30pm CST.

    Our goal is to select a day/time that works for every member. Regardless, all calls are recorded and sent out after.

  • FNPI is designed for practitioners wanted to scale their private practice, we believe to have the best outcome in that two things are required:

    1. An effective business strategy

    2. A high level of clinical confidence

    If you’re not in private practice & want to enhance your clinical skills, you can absolutely still join to take advantage of the packed clinical education inside FNPI.

  • We suggest setting aside 2-3 hours/week to work through content & attend the live calls. Besides the live call, all content is available to watch on your own time.

  • Nope! While we do discuss lab use and interpretation, this program is about the big picture and we put a massive emphasis on clinical application. Labs are only part of the story but you can do a lot without them. You’ll graduate this program with confidence in supporting a client from start to finish. Not to mention the business support & growth.

  • Short answer - yes. Long answer - there are some challenges with lab ordering in NY. Some lab companies will not approve account requests for NY based practitioners (eye roll, I know). We discuss alternative options for you inside FNPI. The good news is, with the right connections & information, you can still get your clients the lab data they need.

  • Our Dietitian members have been able to get 13 CEU’s approved (we teach you how to enter into your CDR log to improve chances of approval). This would depend on your field & board regulations. We can’t guarantee approval for all types of practitioners.

  • For January 2024, the investment if $12,000 with various payment plans available.

  • We run a live cohort 2-3 times/year. Both the business & clinical mentorship inside FNPI is high touch and provided by experienced industry leaders. We keep this program intimate and high touch so members receive to most incredible ROI & results.
